How to Separate Messages on Blackberry
Sometimes, it is very annoying for some people to have so many messages on their phone. Especially for the ones who have a business with so many clients. They often get difficulties in finding the message they want to read for there are so many messages in their inbox. For you who have the same problem, Blackberry provides option that allows you to feed all individual messages on your Blackberry into the messages folder or separating them into their own inbox.
There are some ways you can do in order to separate or combine your SMS and Email inboxes on your BlackBerry.
1. If you are one of the earlier releases of OS 5 and all OS’s 4.7 users, what you need to do to separate your messages is press the Menu button and select Options. There will be three options you can choose by scrolling down to SMS and Email inboxes Under General Options.
2. But if you are the user of the higher versions of OS 5 and OS 6, you can upgrade your AT&T Bold 9700 from application v.602 to .979 and on your Bold 9000′s OS 5 application v.822.
3. If you use the higher versions of OS 5 – Non touch devices, all you need to do is go to Messages > Options > Inbox Settings.
4. For you who are the user of OS 5 Touch devices, you can try this step: Messages > Options > Main Message List Settings.
5. The last one, if you are the user of the OS 6 for touch and non touch devices you can try to click on Messages > Options > Inbox Management.
