For you who are the user of BlackBerry, there is an easy way to back up your data on your Smartphone. You can use BlackBerry Desktop Manager 6.

1.       Download and install the latest version you find and then click on the desktop icon. Use USB sync cable to connect your BlackBerry to your computer connect your BlackBerry to your computer.

2.       After that, click on Device located in the upper left hand corner or click on the button in the center of the screen to Back up.

3.       Save your settings for future backups, encrypt the file, and change the filename under File Options.

4.       If you are the user of Win XP/Vista/7 you can click on Device Options on the main screen to back up your device.
