If you want to boost up your Android phone’s performance, you should root it then. Add to that, you also can uninstall useless applications you run into the handset. If you are an Android freak, rebooting a handset is completely easy. But, if you are a new owner of Android phone, rebooting process is possibly difficult thing.

Therefore, I jotted down some easy steps below to help the new owner of Android phone.

First, your phone should be fully charged before you root the device. It has to be its 100% capacity.

Second, go to Settings >> Applications to change the setting and allow the non-Market apps.

Third, select “Unknown sources.”

Fourth, visit the Cyanogen Recovery Flasher site and download the file.

Fifth, open the file and click on “Backup Recovery Image” and “Flash Cyanogen Recovery 1.4.”

Sixth, power down your handset and reboot it by holding down the “Home” and “Power” keys simultaneously.

Seventh, choose a custom ROM and install it by first downloading it to your SIM card. For applying the download, you can follow the same instructions above.
