How To Take Android Phones’s Screenshot via Web Browser

PicMe is Android application that allows you to take phone’s screenshot via web browser and also you can control your phone via web browser. But, PicMe only works on rooted phones. So make sure you have root your phone before you use this cool application.

Your Android phone will works as server and will send life feeds to browse, then you should turn on the wireless connectivity on your phone in order to connect the two devices.
Click PicMe icon, a popup will appear asking you to accept the terms and conditions, accept it. Next screen will appear stating ‘trying to start a server’. In couple of seconds, server will been created.

Right after an IP address appear on your phone home screen, you can go to your web browser. Enter the complete address displayed in the phone to your web browser’s address. You have 3 three different option views – static, live and live standalone. In static view, you can save the screenshot by right-clicking on the image, but you will have to refresh the browser content every time a move is being made. Where as in live view, browser is acting as a live Android device, you don’t have to go back to your phone to do any moves. Simply hide the PicMe controls and do all the tasks you want with the ability of saving the screenshots.
