How to Perform Factory Reset for HTC Desire
Sometimes, you get your phone troubled. It may caused by application, ar viruses in your phone. You can perform hard reset as a solution to your problem.
You can perform a factory reset via settings:
1. At Home screen, press MENU and then tap SETTINGS.
2. Scroll down the screen and then choose PRIVACY >> Factory data reset.
3. On the Factory data reset screen, choose Reset phone, and then choose Erase everything.
Or else, you can perform factory reset via phone buttons:
1. Turn off the phone, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Wait until the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button..
3. Press VOLUME DOWN >> select CLEAR STORAGE >> press POWER.
4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.
