Changing the system font on your iPhone will always be possible as long as you jailbreak the device first. Cydia app for the task is now available and would allow you to change the system on each device running iOS 4. If you now only keep the previous tweaks such as FontSwap and via SSH, you should learn that those apps are no more compatible with the iOS 4.

Here is the instructions you should do.

First, install the BytaFont from Cydia.

Second, go to Cydia and select sections.

Third, choose Fonts and install any font you like.

Fourth, check the iphone Springboard and start the ByteFont app.

Fifth, select the font you downloaded.

Sixth, alternatively, you can use the default font the app offers.

Seventh, you should make sure that your iPhone will respring with the new font you have just changed.
