Creating shortcuts to program your Palm is possible. Even it is advised while you are facing a lot of repetitive information on your Palm. Well I do believe in that you have known well what I mean here in this article. Thus, let’s just dig the shortcut topic further.

There are two main steps to follow. First, you have to create the new shortcut. How can you do that? These are the complete instructions.

1. Turn on your Palm phone and tap the Applications icon to reach the main screen.

2. Tap “Prefs” to find the Preferences screen.

3. From the drop-down menu you can choose the “Shortcuts.” And, tap “New” to create a new shortcut.

4. Enter a shortcut name in the “Shortcut Name” field.

5. Enter the Shortcut Text field with a text for the shortcut.

Next, the second step is about testing a New Shortcut. You have to follow these instructions.

    1. Select the “Memo” button to reach the memo list display.

    2. Tap “New” to create a new memo.

    3. Write anything to the shortcut command.

    4. Enter your new shortcut name, and then the text you created will appear in the memo.
