The Galaxy 551 is a pragmatic phone. That’s what reviewers assumed. Is it true anyway? Well, this handset comes with Froyo and offers the latest connectivity, but is tagged at very affordable price. Is it your to decide whether or not the Galaxy 551 is a useful and pragmatic device.

This device is built with slide-out full QWERTY keyboard sporting Quad-band GSM and dual-band 3G support, 7.2 Mbps HSDPA support. It has a 3.2 inches 16M color TFT capacitive touchscreen of WVGA with 320×400 pixels of resolution.

But, it runs only at 667MHz processor and offers 160MB internal storage. However, it’s good to see that this device allows you to make use of the hotspot area by using wiFi 802.11 b/g/n. Its camera is planned to run with 3.15 MP, running autofocus and QVGA video recording at 15fps.

Are those specs interesting enough to get your attention? Is the Galaxy 551 your favorite one?
