Samsung Wave 2: New Bada Phone with Excellent Features
Samsung could be the most aggressive mobile phone manufacturer today. After releasing great phones with Windows Mobile and later, great Android phones, Samsung developed its own operating system known as Bada. Samsung Wave series is the mobile phone series powered with Bada OS and Samsung Wave 2 is the latest Bada phone released recently.
CommunicAsia 2010 in Singapore became the momentum for Samsung Wave 2 launching. Samsung Wave 2 is designed as much affordable version of the first generation Samsung Wave.
However, it still has the legacy of Samsung Wave first generation with the sleek design of its super slim chassis and high end features. Powered with 1Ghz Samsung-own Hummingbird processor, Samsung Wave 2 quadband phone is packed with 3.2 inch super-AMOLED touchscreen display, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, and A-GPS. Samsung Wave 2 has 80MB internal memory and SD slot for up to 16GB memory. Don’t forget the 3MP camera with HD video recording capability.
Just like Samsung Wave first generation, Samsung Wave 2 is also powered with TouchWizz 3.0 UI and Bada powered social hub. Well, there are some weaknesses from the new Bada OS but it couldn’t change the fact that Samsung Wave 2 will be a great choice, especially for integrated all contacts from email, IM, and all social network sites.
