T-Mobile: How to Hard Reset Your T-Mobile Shadow
Resetting a handset is important once you find your phone cannot go to main screen after restart. Resetting a mobile phone also is necessary anytime your phone runs slow. And, you should know that mobile phone resetting is divided to be two, first, soft reset and the second one is hard reset.
Hard reset is a must when the soft reset cannot optimally repair your mobile phone’s performance. And, the next question is that each phone has the same instructions to do the hard reset? Of course not! Each brand will make its own system, thus the hard reset is much different from one brand to another.
Now, this is T-Mobile Shadow owners’ turn to learn how to perform the hard reset on their handsets.
First, turn off your T-Mobile Shadow phone.
Second, hold down the two soft buttons which are located under the screen and let your phone on.
Third, if you find a pop up asking if you want to reset the cell phone, click on “Yes.”
Fourth, your phone will be restored to defaults.
