1. Re-calibrate the battery

Re-calibration is important to make sure that your battery gives out accurate reading of its remaining power. Let your battery nearly empty after you have charged it for the 20th time, good for your Li-ion battery.

2. Charge your Li-ion batteries frequently

You don’t have to wait your battery totally drained before you charge it. You better recharge them often because Li-ion battery will work at its best performance.

3. Do not fully recharge Li-ion batteries that are not in everyday used

Li-ion battery oblique to lose its real capacity when you store the battery in fully charged condition. Half charged your Li-ion before you store them away, it will make your battery life last longer.

4. Avoid fully empty Li-ion batteries.

Fully exhausted Li-ion batteries are a big no-no. The reason for this is that when Li-ion batteries reach their lowest voltage, they will be of no use as they will not recharge at all.
